As I said last week, I am trying to institute life changes not just focus on losing weight. These changes are going slowly but hey...change takes time - sometimes.
Today is Meatless Monday!
This morning for breakfast I had scrambled eggs with onions and garlic in Arnold Oroweat Sandwich Thins.
Later, I had vanilla yogurt with a crumbled peanut butter granola bar mixed into it. I didn't have a chance for my lunch.
Dinner tonight we are having Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas. I found the recipe on All Recipes.com.
