My March Madness?

For the month of March, I am going to attempt my own form of madness.

I'm going to try to give up junk food and desserts for 31 days cold turkey.

You have no idea how hard this will be for me...potato chips, chocolate or as my body calls it crunchy, salty and sweeeet.

So wish me luck (I'm gonna need it) and send me any tips you have for battling junk food cravings.
